Updated documentation to reflect new directory-level bind mount architecture: - Changed socket path from /var/run/pulse-temp-proxy.sock to /run/pulse-temp-proxy/pulse-temp-proxy.sock - Updated LXC bind mount syntax to directory-level (create=dir instead of create=file) - Added "Monitoring the Proxy" section with manual monitoring commands - Documents systemd restart-on-failure reliance for v1 - Notes future pulse-watchdog integration planned Related to #528
