The GHCR OCI registry (ghcr.io/rcourtman/pulse-chart) is returning 403/404 errors for unauthenticated users. Updated all Helm references to use the working GitHub Pages Helm repository at https://rcourtman.github.io/Pulse Fixes install issues reported by customers trying to deploy via Helm.
