- Fix misleading comment in DiskInfo struct that said "percentage of
  life used" when it's actually "percentage of life REMAINING"
- Document that 100 = healthy, 0 = end of life, -1 = unknown
- This matches the Proxmox API behavior where wearout "100 is best"
